You can exchange or refund within 3 days from the receiving date, Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
In exchange or refund there will be shipping charges by location.
Except for the Industrial defect, in this case no shipping fees will be charged.
Cash refund will be via: Bank account transfer - Vodafone cash.

It's preferable to dry clean all our products.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not use bleach.
Wash inside out.
Wash with cold water for maximum 30 minutes.
Iron inside out at maximum 30c.
